Shipping Timings

In Brussels, we perform the bulk of our deliveries via Urbike. They deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 16h and 20h. The delivery person will send you a text message +-20m before arrival. Should you not be home, the item will be presented the next delivery day.

If you order before 14h the previous day, and the items are in stock, we will be able to deliver the next day. In the other case, it will still be up to 5 working days before delivery. As to limit confusion, we will be sending you a transport confirmation the day before delivery.

Outside Brussels, we work through BPost. Coffees in stock can be sent the same day, if ordered before 14h.

Sourcing Timings

We keep stock of our Apex and Labeur Coffees, which are, as a general rule, roasted weekly for Apex, monthly for Labeur, bar exceptional circumstances (like a pandemic).

For our Partner & Guest roasts we mainly order on demand, with our own pickup rounds being on Tuesdays for all partner roasters, and additionally on Thursdays for Brussels' roasters. Depending on your timing, and on their respective roasting day, we could have the coffees the next day, or a few days after your order has been processed. We mostly advise to order at the end of the week to make sure you have your coffees as soon as possible.

This has the following effect on delivery times:

Apex & Labeur: 1-3 workdays
Partner Roasts: 1-6 workdays
Machines & Gear: 1-7 workdays

We generally deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
