SHIPPING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: CHRISTMAS GIFTSETS WILL ONLY SHIP FROM DECEMBER 11, 2015 ONWARDS. PLEAS INDICATE THE DATE OF YOUR CHOOSING IN THE COMMENTS

Shipping is paid seperately, at €4 per shipment for all shipments below a value of €100, VAT Included.

To ensure you get your purchase (coffee and/or accessories) as soon as possible, we can ship out almost all orders within 24hrs of payment from Monday to Friday. We use Bpost and regular postal services to ship your orders in Belgium. We will only ship, after having received your payment (for direct debit).
However, in some circumstances, please allow up to 4 days, after receiving your payment, for your orders to ship via Bpost.
You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped with Bpost, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Once your order leaves our capable hands, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact Bpost.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase.
Your account will be refunded within 3–5 days of receipt of your item(s).
All returned packages should be insured.
We will not accept any items that have been used or damaged by the purchaser.
We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Returns are out of our control until they arrive at our office in Brussels.
