Hot lemonade from Huila. Think cherry, plums, agave.
About the producer
Albaney is the daughter of local coffee producers and has owned her own farm for 11 years. Albaney farms with mountain microorganisms (beneficial microorganisms from decomposing organic matter) which reproduce using rice husk & molasses. The cherries first go through a dry fermentation for 24 hrs in plastic tubs, they are then de-pulped without water and pass to tank where they ferment for 2-3 days. This is a great balanced coffee with sparkling acidity and perfect lemonade for this weather.
