Honey processed Geisha for all your juridical needs. Think bergamot, jasmine, milk chocolate.
About the producers
Juliana left her law career in 2017 to begin her journey into coffee & to work alongside her husband. For this Gesha the cherries are fermented in tank for 24hrs, pulping is then done dry - where as usually some water is used during the honey process, here Julia decided she wanted to keep as much mucilage as possible on the bean to enhance the natural sweetness of her Gesha. After a 60hr 2nd fermentation the beans are sun dried in Marquesinas. Expect a subtle, delicate & sweet Gesha, a perfect summer morning coffee.
With every coffee you drink -throughYour Coffee Counts- we invest in financing, research and education for coffee farmers worldwide.
