Cata Cafe represents farmers in Colombia, and helps initiate pre-financed direct trade. Together we selected 3 lots from the Huila region. Armando’s farm lies in the Bruselas district at 1700masl, for this lot the coffee cherry is first fermented/macerated whole in a sealed tank. After depulping the coffee goes into another tank with the majority of it’s mucilage still intact for 50hrs. The final cup is super sweet & clean, with great depth of flavour & tropical finish.
Our orders are weekly roasted on Tuesday (make sure you order by monday, 20h) and can be delivered as of wednesday
