Las Brumas is an eco-friendly farm that has been operated by the Parducci family for over 200 years. On the 80 hectares, cherries are shade-grown allowing them to mature slowly while developing complexity. The coffees are semi-washed, meaning water is used during pulping and to remove mucilage. Afterwards they are dry fermented.
With every coffee you drink - through Your Coffee Counts - we invest in financing, research and education for coffee farmers worldwide.
